TAPAS AND PAELLA: When we think of Spain, we think of tapas and paella, so let’s sip sangria and make some! While the paella is cooking, we will make and sample tapas of algrodolce iberico salad, pork in sherry vinegar sauce; fried potatoes and chorizo, roasted artichokes, and lamb croquettes. JUNE 8 $40

PIZZA FROM THE GRILL: This is “take-two” from the popular class of last year. Besides learning how to make the easiest pizza dough from scratch, we will prepare and sample Mediterranean lamb pizza, pizza alla vodka, pizza with smoky chicken and red pepper sauce, and mushroom and taleggio pizza. JUNE 29 $40

Our goal is to avoid canceling any scheduled class.  If we cancel a class for any reason, you will be issued a credit to attend another class. If you are unable to attend there will be no refunds issued; please try and find someone to take the class in your place. All classes must be paid for at time of reservation.
