Beer Pairing Dinners

Many people think of wine as the best accompaniment to food, but beer has a much wider range of flavors.  (And, it comes in those handy, single-serving containers!)  Over the past year, once a month, Jason from Tow Distributing has been pairing delicious beers from his vast portfolio with my menus.  I’m even more excited about our upcoming 2009 dinners!  These über fun, educational parties are limited to ten participants; please book early.
